Horn OK Please is a hand writing signature that you can find in every big cars in Mumbai, such as trucks, buses, water trailers, etc. I believe you will understand the meaning of that after you live here. All drivers here, either big or small cars, are blowing their horn in any case. I guess their reflex is not on the brake, but on the horn. So, my conclusion is that "it is OK for you to blow your horn, and please do so, otherwise do not blame me if I do not see you".
