Sinaia is a small city 120 km north of Bucharest. The main tourist attraction is The Peles Castle. Initially, we went there in November 2010, but the Peles Castle was closed for I do not know what for the whole month. Obviously we can go inside the castle and took pictures outside. It was autumn and the Peles was so beautiful.
The second time we went there was in February 2011. Actually it is unplanned... suddenly sometime in Saturday night in mid February, Bunda has an idea to go to Sinaia on the following day. Why not? Then we drove in the snowy white road.. thank God it is not slippery nor covered with thick ice. It was already at the end of winter.
This time we were lucky... yey!! we can enter the castle. It is so amazing how they preserve the castle... I was thinking why we cannot have such historical & cultural legacy in our own country. Mentality perhaps.

I was kind of shocked when the guide told me that the castle has a private cinema.

During our first trip, Ayska just turn to 1-year old. She was still unable to walk by herself, although standing up was not a problem at all. And just got up from her bedtime.. little bit sleepy. Well... time passes by so quickly. She can walk and playing with snow in our second trip (although she said "it is cold Bunda"). She was so happy and full of laugh.
And of course.. everything should be recorded with a family pictures :)
